Cascadia Running Camp: Built for

The whole
experience matters.
Running is at the heart of Cascadia. Everything we do supports the growth of the whole runner.
Running is at the heart of Cascadia.
We want athletes to remember the trails they explored, the workouts that challenged them, and the miles they shared with runners who are usually wearing different uniforms.
But what happens around those miles matters too: mental skills, fueling and recovery, confidence and self-awareness, friendship, independence, and belonging. We bring it all together intentionally, because we're not trying to separate the athlete from the person.
Running: Memorable miles
Trails, workouts, and a long run designed to challenge athletes while meeting them where they are in their summer training.
Skills: Tools that travel home
Mental performance, fueling, and recovery skills athletes can use in training, racing, and beyond.
Community: Competitors become teammates
Runners from different schools, paces, and backgrounds share miles, meals, challenges, and a few days in the woods together.
Performance matters.
So does the person
chasing it.
Cascadia is for runners who care about the sport and are curious what they're capable of. We believe athletes can pursue big goals without making every result a verdict on who they are.
They can chase big goals and stay with hard things when it's uncomfortable. They can listen when their bodies need something different. They can compete fiercely and still find joy in the sport.
- Managing nerves before a start
- Self-talk that holds up under fatigue
- Identity that isn't tied to a single result
- Fueling as performance, not restriction
