Western Washington's most athlete-centered high school cross country camp.

Cascadia Running Camp is built on a simple belief: young runners thrive when they're supported in both body and mind. We train mental skills right alongside physical ones - and we believe both belong to every athlete, regardless of gender identity or financial situation.

Set in beautiful Port Gamble, camp days are built around epic trail runs, the kind of physical challenge that becomes the practice ground for the mental skills we teach. Athletes learn to fuel their bodies with the same intention they bring to training, so performance and recovery go hand in hand with the miles. We sleep in tents, unplug from phones, and spend our time connected to nature, to ourselves, and to each other.

Cascadia is proudly women-led, nonprofit, and coed - an inclusive environment where cost and gear aren't barriers to entry. Athletes leave with more than fitness. They leave with confidence, resilience, and a community that pushes them to grow, together.

Comfort isn’t the goal- growth is.
